hi bro 313,
We have 2 type of VLT film with 99% IRR.
1.) VLT 78% IRR 99% TSER 65% UVRR 99% and
2.) VLT 35% IRR 99% TSER 85% UVRR 99%
There are 2 kind of Wish in the market,one from BM and the other one from PI (JDM).
There are 2 scenario: Both LTA Compliance.
A.)BM Wish :
The original glass are all round 80% VLT approx.
So we can apply the film VLT 78% for the front w/screen and 2 front windows(front half).
The film VLT 35% will apply for the rear half of the Wish.
Result after apply:
Front Half VLT 70% IRR99% TSER 65% and
Rear Half VLT 25% IRR99%.TSER 85%.
B.)PI Wish JDM :
This original glass VLT for the front half is 80% approx but the rear half of this JDM Glass' VLT is only 33% (dark).
Therefore,only the VLT 78% film can be apply all round front and rear in order to be LTA compliance.
Result after apply :
Front Half VLT 70% IRR99% TSER 65% and
Rear Half VLT 25% IRR99%.TSER 65%.
(Beside the IRR,all figure above stated accuracy are approx 2%+-.)

thanks for the info, your VLT's film really "at the edge" of LTA approved 
mine is BM one. |

Hi bro 313,
We will do a tint test for the VLT before and after.All VLT reading is written in the warranty to assure you and IRR reading will be tested by meter too.
Hope that your "Wish" come true w/o any hassle wif BM.  Good luck!!

Alway ask for a test and reading with IR(Heat) meter.
Do not buy verbally spec.. 
Get what you buy
